David Haddock joined the Company in June, 2026, to serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Haddock served as chief legal officer for PMR US Holdings, LLC, a private operator of medical centers for managed Medicare patients. Prior to PMR, he was general counsel and secretary for Magellan Health, Inc. (formerly, Nasdaq: MGLN), a Fortune 500 managed care company with operating segments dedicated to behavioral health, full-service managed Medicaid, and pharmacy benefits management. Before joining Magellan, Mr. Haddock was general counsel and corporate secretary for Quality Care Properties, Inc. (formerly, NYSE: QCP), a public health care REIT owning one of the nation’s largest skilled nursing facility portfolios, and for Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (formerly, NYSE: SRZ), a public owner, developer and operator of senior living and memory care facilities, and CCRCs. Prior to his general counsel roles, he served as in-house counsel at several large public companies, and as associate counsel at two major law firms, where he focused on corporate transactions, securities and governance. Mr. Haddock has a bachelor’s degree in English from Princeton University and earned his juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
